With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West Oahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West Oahu's only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women's center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state's first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawaii that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

Patient Services Administration supports the hospital/clinic leadership and is responsible for assigned areas within our flagship Clinical Service Line operations. These areas may include quality and financial performance, marketing strategies, human resource planning, medical staff relationships, and research and education initiatives. The Patient Services Administration team works closely with other health care leadership and staff within Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics to ensure that Clinical Service Line operations are running smoothly. They also provide staffing services for the hospitals and serve the facility with customer service, clinical competency and fiscal responsibility.

If you are motivated and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, you could be our next House Supervisor in the Patient Services Administration department, where you would help to manage overall quality and delivery of hospital care. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising hospital-wide activities such as providing administrative/clinical support and staffing for the patient care area during specific shifts; and participating in inter and intra-departmental problem resolution and communication. We are looking for someone with outstanding organization and competence, the ability to create a collaborative, team-oriented environment and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.
