Job Title: House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist
Location: Great Falls, MT
Type: Permanent
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist for an exciting opportunity in Great Falls, MT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for hospital staff during assigned shifts
  • Coordinate nursing resources, staffing assignments, and patient flow activities
  • Support charge nurses and clinical staff with problem-solving and decision-making
  • Respond to patient and family concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize workflow and ensure delegated tasks are completed effectively
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) on administrative decisions
  • Assist with supervision of clinical and non-clinical support staff
  • Support safe and efficient patient care operations across departments
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited Nursing Program required
  • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • CPR certification required
  • ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment
  • PALS certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
  • Experience in patient flow coordination, resource nursing, and nurse leadership required
  • Experience caring for patients ranging from infancy to geriatrics required
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and critical care support required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and support process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent ICU experience preferred
  • Experience caring for post-operative and medical patients preferred
  • Strong background in cardiac monitoring preferred
  • Experience with A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, ventilator support equipment, and multiple IV pumps preferred
