WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations
- Perform regular cleaning tasks in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public spaces. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying trash bins
- Conduct routine inspections of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to identify any damage or malfunctions. Report issues to the maintenance department for repairs or replacement
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries in smoke detectors, & fixing loose fixtures
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other essential items
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials from various areas of the hotel
- Assist with receiving deliveries of supplies and equipment and distributing them to the appropriate areas
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the exterior areas
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Respond to guest requests or inquiries related to facility maintenance promptly and courteously
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination
