About Our Family

We're a busy and close-knit family of five living in beautiful Mount Pleasant, SC, along with our sweet rescue dog. Our home is lively and full of energy, with three kids, busy schedules, and lots of activity between work, school, and family life.

Mom runs her own business from home and occasionally travels for work, while Dad works full-time outside of the home. Because of this, the role naturally blends support for both the household and Mom's business operations. Some days may focus more on home management, while others may involve helping keep business logistics organized. Flexibility and communication are key as priorities shift throughout the week.

At the heart of it all, we're looking for someone who truly becomes a trusted support to the whole family—someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes so we can focus on spending time together and staying present with our kids. We care deeply about finding the right person for this role and hope to build a long-term relationship with someone who feels valued and enjoys being part of our home.

This position has a lot of room to grow and evolve over time depending on your strengths and interests, and we're happy to collaborate on shaping the role in a way that works well for everyone.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We're looking for a warm, capable, and thoughtful individual who enjoys bringing organization and calm to busy environments. You're someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and enjoys helping make life a little easier for the people around you.

You're dependable, positive, and comfortable working independently while staying in communication with the family. A strong sense of organization and a “project manager” mindset will help you thrive in this role, as you'll help maintain systems that support both the household and Mom's business needs.

You're also comfortable in the kitchen and happy to assist with simple meal prep and keeping the kitchen organized and allergen-safe. Most importantly, you bring a helpful, can-do attitude and are the type of person who is happy to jump in wherever needed — whether that's managing household logistics, helping with schedules, or simply keeping things running smoothly day to day.

Above all, we're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys supporting our life and takes pride in lightening the mental load so our home can feel calm, organized, and welcoming.
