About Our Family

We're a bustling family of five with two working parents who own and operate multiple businesses while aiming to be fully present for our three active kids ages 12, 9 and 6. Our mornings move at a steady pace as we get everyone ready for school and work, and our evenings and weekends are filled with dynamic sport commitments and outdoor adventures. We also share our home with two lovable French Bulldogs who spend their days lounging in the sun and bringing plenty of personality to our household.

We value a home that feels organized and welcoming, a place where we can recharge between practices, games, and long workdays. We are down to earth and easy-going and at the same time thrive off structure and systems to keep our household running smoothly. We believe in being open, honest, proactive, owning mistakes, learning quickly, and moving forward with a solution oriented mindset. Integrity and clear communication are at the heart of how we operate, both at home and in our businesses. We're looking for someone who can jump in as an extension of our family and help us maintain the rhythm and order we've worked hard to create.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're someone who thrives on creating order and anticipating needs before being asked. You see something that needs doing and you simply do it, with transparent communication along the way. You're reliable, consistent, and highly organized, with a natural ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy household. You ask thoughtful questions rather than making assumptions, and you're confident, coachable, and approachable. You bring a high-level of integrity to your work: taking accountability, addressing challenges head-on, and prioritizing solutions. You take pride in being a few steps ahead and genuinely enjoy becoming an indispensable part of a family's daily life. You're looking for a stable, long-term role where you can grow with a family.
