Job Description: A Senior role at Ezer Home Solutions for experienced cleaners who ensure quality, lead client walk-throughs, and support their team. Cleaning Specialist IIIs uphold The Ezer Way: Look. Touch. Perfect. You’ll not only deliver spotless cleans, but also guide your team, check quality, and serve as the main link between the client, the office, and the crew.
Responsibilities:
Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations
Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
Support and mentor teammates during cleanings
Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office
Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps
Requirements:
1+ year of residential cleaning experience required
Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
Ability to work 25–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
Benefits:
Starting pay of $20.00 –$24.00 per hour, based on experience, + tips!
