The ECU Department of ITCS Service Management Team under Client Engagement and Support is currently seeking 3 student workers to work with the Desktop & Lab Support Team. These Student Workers will be responsible for assisting with reimaging computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments.

GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0 Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

We are looking for responsible individuals with a strong commitment to work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to provide good customer service.

Applicant must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly, have an acceptable driving record and a minimum of 3 years driving experience to be able to drive state owned vehicles to perform job duties, as well as have some IT related experience.

License/certification required

A valid driver's license is required.
