As an Hourly Manager/Supervisor, you’ll manage daily operations, drive sales, ensure top-notch service, and help create a culture of Unreasonable Hospitality that wows every guest. You’ll use tools like Restaurant 365, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and Micros 3700 to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Unreasonable Hospitality: Lead by example and deliver service that goes above and beyond every guest's expectations.
- Ensure adherence to restaurant policies, procedures, and training standards.
- Own the guest experience—always ready to solve problems, anticipate needs, and leave a lasting positive impression.
- Manage cash handling, deposits, payroll, and inventory with precision.
- Supervise daily kitchen and dining area cleaning, ensuring everything is spotless and organized.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage deliveries.
- Effectively schedule staff to optimize labor costs and ensure every shift is well-staffed.
- Lead staff training, hiring, and performance reviews, creating an empowered and knowledgeable team.
- Use Restaurant 365 and Micros 3700 to manage financials, operational tasks, and daily reporting.
- Collaborate with the team for menu planning, event coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Jump in and help with tasks like food running or service to keep the team moving when needed.
