Beef O Bradys is seeking an Hourly Manager for our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Clermont. If youre looking for a family-oriented casual environment with great food and great sports, were your forever job. To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
• Deliver great food prepared to company standards • Ensure adherence to all food safety standards • Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies, & cleaning chemicals • Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization • Participate in weekly/monthly inventories • Maintain budgeted food cost • Write weekly kitchen schedules • Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
Hourly Manager Requirements ---------------------------
Eligible to work in the United States Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service casual restaurant culinary management position Minimum 21 years or older Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
