F.H. Furr is hiring a Residential HVAC Quality Assurance Technicianto help ensure every system we install or service meets our high standards of safety, performance, and craftsmanship.

This is a non-sales role designed for experienced HVAC professionals who want steady, year-round work without the pressure of upsells or commission goals. What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on residential HVAC installations and service work
  • Verify systems are installed and operating according to manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company standards

  • Identify workmanship issues, safety concerns, or performance gaps and document findings clearly

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
  • Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
