Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and assist with their drink orders
• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Securely store beverages and food items at shift end

Additional Duties

• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Adhere strictly to liquor regulations and support security measures as needed
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors promptly

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience required; guest service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and cash register operation
• Strong communication skills and a neat, well-groomed appearance
• Preferred certifications include Food Service Sanitation, Alcohol Service permit, and CPR/First Aid
• Ability to work in confined spaces for extended periods
