The Gig

As a part-time Hotel Operations Agent (FCC), you’re the calm, capable hub for guest communications while keeping a watchful eye on the Fire Command & Suppression System. Your work helps the resort run smoothly—and keeps everyone safe.

Key responsibilities
- Monitor the Fire Command Center and respond to alarms using established emergency response protocols
- Report system issues, document incidents/checks, and coordinate with emergency services and internal teams when needed
- Support guest and resident communications: inquiries, room availability, upgrades, billing questions, and special requests
- Use hotel property management and reservation systems for accurate bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Train/mentor new team members on safety, reservations, and service standards as assigned

What you’ll bring
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent English communication
- Ability to work a rotating schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays, extended hours)

When the pace picks up—busy arrivals, quick questions, or an unexpected alert—you stay cool, communicate clearly, and keep everyone pointed in the right direction. By shift end, notes are clean, handoff is clear, and the next teammate can step in without missing a beat.
