The Night Auditor serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming experience and managing all aspects of their stay.
Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, addressing guest concerns, preparing end-of-day reports, handling reservations, and managing check-ins and check-outs.
Qualifications involve proficiency in internet and Microsoft Office software, strong customer service skills, and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
The position offers $16 hourly pay.
