The Night Auditor serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing all aspects of their stay and ensuring a positive experience in alignment with the property's values.
Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to meet guest needs, promptly resolving guest concerns in collaboration with other departments, and preparing accurate end-of-day reports for accounting purposes.
They handle reservations via various channels, welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and distribute room keys.
Qualifications include proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
Compensation is $16 per hour.
