The Night Auditor is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing excellent service throughout their stay while reflecting the property's values.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to meet guest needs.
- Responding promptly to guest concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Preparing and distributing end-of-day reports to ensure accurate records.
- Handling reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
- Welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing room keys.
Qualifications include proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required, and accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
