- Proven management experience in retail or similar fast-paced environments with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of retail math, sales management, inventory management, and merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, employee training & development, and team leadership
- Proficiency with PMS systems and administrative software
- Ability to deal directly with vendors

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing escalated issues promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
