Responsibilities: • Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training • Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget • Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and procedures • Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment • Fill out paperwork, internal documents, reports, and records with high accuracy Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills • Over 3 years of experience in upper-level HR management • Must possess a bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or similar major
