Seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resource Director for a luxury hotel in California.
Responsibilities include leading by example, managing and developing the HR team, overseeing all HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Recruiting, building relationships across departments, and driving organizational development.
Requirements include 6+ years of HR leadership experience in luxury/upscale hotels, strong problem-solving skills, passion for hospitality, interpersonal and supervisory skills, tech-savviness, HR community involvement, integrity, and a B.A. degree (certifications preferred).
