The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison hotel. This includes meeting the hotel's financial performance goals while maintaining operational and guest service standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the physical condition of the property, as well as ensuring excellent customer service practices throughout the hotel and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the achievement and growth of the hotel's associates and managers.
