Frontier Hospitality Group is a Midwest-based hotel management company with eight properties across Illinois and Iowa. We are seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day hotel operations - managing personnel, assets, and responding to any challenges that arise on property.
- Champion a guest-first culture - monitor Medallia scores, respond to feedback, and enforce FHG service standards.
- Drive revenue performance through strategic rate management, pricing, and room allocation to maximize occupancy.
- Directly supervise and develop all Department Managers; set annual objectives and evaluate performance against goals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on long-range marketing strategy and actively manage top accounts.
- Maintain all property inspections, licenses, certifications, and ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning with the FHG Corporate office and contribute to the annual business plan.
- Enforce internal accounting controls and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing training for all management and line-level staff.
- Maintain brand standards compliance and represent the hotel in the local business community.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of hotel management experience (degree in Hospitality or Business preferred)
- Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate teams of up to 50 employees
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on call for emergencies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to understand mathematical concepts, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.
- Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by the company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brand-specific hotel management platforms
