For $21-$25 per hour based on experience, we’re looking for a service-driven Front Desk Supervisor who leads by example and creates exceptional guest experiences.
In this role, you’ll work alongside the Front Office team to ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a true “WOW” experience from check-in to check-out.
Greet and engage guests, proactively addressing needs and resolving concerns
Train and support front desk team members
Lead by example in service, professionalism, and teamwork
Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and guest communications
Step in during busy periods and handle challenges with confidence
Previous front desk or hospitality leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive, hands-on leadership style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
