QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience preferred.   Must speak fluent English.  Other languages preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcomes and registers guests in a polite and efficient demeanor
  • Assigns rooms to meet guests needs as permissible
  • Obtains required credit and payment information from guests
  • Coordinates with team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Provides detailed information about the hotel and surrounding establishments
  • Coordinates with housekeeping for special requests, late checkouts, and room changes
  • Receives and relays guest messages
  • Answers telephone calls and guest questions in a warm, responsive manner
  • Maintains cleanliness of equipment in work areas
  • Other duties as assigned
