Hotel Front Desk Night Audit, 3rd shift

Join our team as a Night Auditor at the Residence Inn and be the heart of our hotel overnight!

Full Time and Part Time position available!

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team.

This is a 3rd shift position. Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
