Hotel Cook - Morning Shift - Orange Beach/Perdido Key

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
• Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
• Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook
• Physically able, highly motivated, willing to be trained
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant

PAY | $16-$18 DOE

SCHEDULE | Full-time and/or Part-time Hours: morning shift hours 5am-2pm *Weekends are required*
