Hosts/Hostesses need to be able to work quickly and efficiently on tasks to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. Location In-person in Las Vegas, NV, 89109: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Responsibilities - Seating restaurant guests by seating each section fairly and consistently to ensure customer service standards are maintained.
- Must have knowledge of the menu and additional products that are served, including all beverages and daily specials.
- Handle cash transactions with customers and collect payment
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, and tickets.
Team and Guest Relations
- Provide excellent guest service to all guests and ensure the same for all team members.
- Perform guest service duties as requested.
- Maintain a fast pace for customer service needs.
- Be a team player, proactively assist other colleagues.
Skills / Experience - Must be at least 21 years old.
- Good communication and customer service skills are essential for this position.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization and to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
- Nevada Health Card required.
Physical Requirements - Must be able to stand and walk swiftly for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend to obtain items near the floor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
