We are looking for service-oriented, presentable, and friendly Hosts/Servers who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, stylish environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  
• Manage seating and waitlists efficiently while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence
  
• Provide attentive table service with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  
• Communicate menu items, specials, and promotions clearly and confidently
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
  
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas
  
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  
• Uphold The Mango Yard s service standards, appearance guidelines, and brand values

• Well-presented, polished, and professional appearance
  
• Pleasant, confident, and clear communication skills
  
• Ability to stay composed and friendly in a busy, high-energy environment
  
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not mandatory)
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays
