Greet guests, efficiently seat guests at their tables, communicate with other floor staff and kitchen to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.

Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, setting a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring accurate wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and highlighting specials.
• Assist servers with table settings and pre-bussing when necessary and approved.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entrance area, and bathrooms.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer guest inquiries with a helpful attitude.

• Previous experience in a host or similar guest-facing role is a plus.
• Excellent communication.
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
