We're looking for friendly and energetic team members who will entertain our guests in more than 2,500 rooms and suites, 86,000 square feet of casino space and seven outstanding restaurants.   • Relevant experience in high-quality, high-volume operation preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage products.
  • Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management.
  • Knowledge, understanding and compliance of policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions.

Additional Requirements

  • NV Health Card.
  • Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
  • Work may be performed in small area having a three-foot access.
  • Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
  • Answer incoming reservation calls.
  • Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system.
  • Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus.
  • Check availability on a continuous basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Greet guest in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests.
  • Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor.
  • Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the venue manager.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
