Host / Hostess – Lalla Grill at The Dunes Promenade (Marina).
Pay: $16.90 per hour + tips.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and upbeat Host/Hostess who creates a warm first impression and helps ensure a smooth flow of service.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists and reservations.
- Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections.
- Maintain organization of the host stand and entry area.
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.
- Take and process to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely pickup.
- Manage and coordinate online orders with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
- Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table status.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and lobby area.
- Assist with light support duties for the front-of-house team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, bubbly, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
