- Greet guests warmly, making them feel instantly welcome and appreciated.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins using our digital booking system to optimize seating and wait times.
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure tables are ready and service runs smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entry area.
- Assist with special requests—whether it’s a birthday surprise or accommodating dietary needs.
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
