What You'll Do as a Lead Associate:

You'll transition from serving customers to empowering clients. Instead of taking orders, you'll be helping everyday people and business owners build a better future.

• Act as a key liaison for clients, providing support with a level of care and professionalism you already possess.
• Share financial education and strategies regarding budgeting, debt reduction, savings, investments, and retirement planning.
• Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals who value your ideas, respect your time, and recognize your hard work.

Who We Are Looking For:

Note: There are no automatic disqualifiers in our process. We evaluate every candidate holistically. If you have the drive, we can teach you the rest.

• Backgrounds preferred: Customer service, hospitality, restaurant/retail management, education, or coaching. (Your ability to handle chaos with a smile is a major asset here!)
• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a self-motivated mindset.
• A genuine desire to help people change their lives.
