As a Hospitality Director at Chick-fil-A Deer Valley, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience, developing future leaders, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will lead front-of-house operations while being cross-developed across all areas of the business.

Your Impact (What You’ll Lead & Own)
You won’t just manage operations—you’ll elevate them.
- Champion a culture where every guest consistently receives remarkable hospitality
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Members, Trainers, Team Leaders, and Managers
- Drive excellence in daily operations, especially during high-volume periods
- Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline by identifying and developing future leaders
- Partner with the Operating Partner to strengthen systems, people development, and overall business performance
- Analyze and improve key performance metrics (guest experience, speed, accuracy, efficiency)
- Ensure full compliance with operational standards, food safety, and brand expectations
- Continuously improve systems and processes to create a more effective and scalable operation

Preferred Experience
- Leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume service environments
- Proven ability to lead leaders and manage multiple areas or departments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent real-world leadership experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly leadership role with expected annual earnings of $55,000 – $70,000

Availability & Commitment
- Full-time, on-site role (40–45 hours/week)
- Open availability required during operating hours (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Saturday)
- Flexibility to lead in a dynamic restaurant environment
