Chick-fil-A St Cloud is hiring a professional who wants to apply their experience in the field to our team. This includes high-level hospitality experience, business acumen, coaching, and overall leadership ability. The Hospitality Director will serve on the senior leadership team and reports to the Executive Director and the Owner/Operator. The Hospitality Director will assist with overseeing the front-of-house team and aids in setting goals, planning, and executing the business plan, while encouraging our team to meet operational, service, revenue, and profitability goals.

Compensation is commensurate with availability and experience.

Expectations:

  • 40-45 hours per week availability, evening and Saturdays included
  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A and an understanding of Corporate purpose, mission, values

Transparency

  • This is truly a hands-on position with up to 90% of each Director's time spent working and directing restaurant operations.
  • Operational Excellence and remarkable guest service are the driving force to our store.
  • Our expectation would be a two year time commitment to this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of dedicated leaders toward common business and service goals
  • Communicating with team members, leadership, and guests
  • Planning, organizing, assessing, and executing business goals
  • Conducting and organizing team-wide meetings and events
  • Overseeing team morale and culture
  • Solving business challenges quickly and effectively
  • Independently growing personally and professionally
  • Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain the restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
  • Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that Team Members monitor overall facility cleanliness.
  • Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout the shift.
  • Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Communicate employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
  • Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
