Located in a fully staffed private residence in Beverly Hills, this position plays a key role in delivering seamless, thoughtful, and highly personalized service to the principals and their guests.
The focus is elevated, anticipatory hospitalitybeing present, observant, and always one step ahead to ensure every interaction feels effortless, natural, and perfectly timed.
You will work closely with the Estate Manager while maintaining a visible, trusted presence around the principals, contributing to a calm, well-run, and beautifully maintained household.
Role Overview
This position blends Butler, Hospitality Steward, and Household Support responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on refined, understated service and day-to-day household excellence.
Service includes the preparation and presentation of simple, elegant offerings such as:
- Fresh coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Fresh-pressed juices and light refreshments
- Elegant sandwiches and small bites
- Salads, cheese plates, and simple appetizers
- Light breakfast items (e.g., omelets, fruit, pastries)
- Classic cocktails and pre-dinner refreshments
- Approximately 1520 simple, well-executed preparations
Household & Stewardship Responsibilities
In addition to hospitality service, the role includes hands-on household care and upkeep to ensure the home remains immaculate, organized, and fully prepared at all times:
- Making beds and maintaining bedroom presentation standards
- General housekeeping and daily organization of living spaces
- Kitchen cleaning, upkeep, and end-of-day reset
- Care and maintenance of china, glassware, and silverware
- Inventory management of household supplies and service items
- Support with wine inventory tracking, organization, and cellar upkeep
- Ensuring all service and kitchen areas are consistently stocked, clean, and orderly
- Light assistance in maintaining overall household readiness and presentation

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily hospitality service to principals and guests
- Prepare and present light food and beverage offerings with consistency and care
- Maintain high standards of service presentation and table readiness
- Coordinate closely with the Estate Manager for seamless household operations
- Maintain kitchen, pantry, and service areas to impeccable standards
- Oversee housekeeping support tasks including bedrooms and shared spaces
- Manage inventory for household goods, service items, and wine
- Support informal entertaining and guest service with ease and professionalism
- Remain attentive, proactive, and present throughout the day
Who You Are
- Experienced in private service, luxury hospitality, or high-end butler roles
- Naturally proactive, attentive, and highly service-oriented
- Comfortable being visible and engaged around principals
- Strong understanding of refined, understated service standards
- Highly organized with strong housekeeping and operational skills
- Polished presentation and excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation & Schedule
- $65$85 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Full-time position, 5 days per week
