This role helps maintain a “homelike” environment for the residents, protects and promotes resident rights, and assists the nursing staff with call lights, dietary needs, and other activities that do not require a license as a certified nursing assistant. Key Responsibilities- Assist nursing staff by responding to call lights promptly and efficiently.
- Support residents with dietary needs and meal assistance as required.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable “homelike” environment for residents.
- Protect and promote the rights and dignity of all residents.
- Perform other non-licensed tasks to support nursing staff and resident care.
Qualifications- Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to residents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.
- Basic understanding of resident rights and privacy.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
