  • 13 Physician hospitalist team with structured coverage model
  • 60 hours of day coverage and 12 hours of night Physician coverage

What your practice will look like:

Youll work within a structured hospitalist program supported by collaborative workflows, clearly defined coverage models, and strong physician support. The program is designed to support efficient inpatient care, with access to intensivists and a teaching environment that includes resident and student involvement.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $145/hour to $175/hour plus quality and RVU bonus potential
