Key Responsibilities

• Daytime coverage including running rapid responses and codes
• Provide anesthesia support as needed (no procedures required)
• Manage patients in an open ICU setting, working collaboratively alongside dedicated intensivists
• Co-manage census with 2 Hospitalist MDs + APP coverage
• Average daily census: ~35 patients per provider (shared team model)

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (daytime)
• Call: Every other day, with minimal call responsibility (primarily backup/phone support)
