Responsibilities Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato, Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospital Medicine nocturnist to join an established department. This physician will provide comprehensive cross-coverage admissions to all patients referred to the service. You may expect a busy practice in a physician-led financially stable organization, committed to both high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Work Schedule You will work 161 shifts per year, with seven 12-hour shifts followed by seven days off. The shifts are as follows:

Compensation Detail The minimum starting salary for hospital-based specialties may range from $211,250 to $533,750. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty.
