Hospitalist (Nocturnist) - Baptist Health Lexington- Recruiting incentives up to $200,000

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Hospitalist (Nocturnist) to join our team at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, Kentucky. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us. 

• Closed ICU
• ~ 54 providers (APPs included).
• Flexible scheduling
  • Not your traditional 7 on/ 7 off model.
  • Use a scheduling program called Qgenda.
  • The PM builds the schedule around the hospital needs and providers requests.
  • Rarely work more than 6 shifts in a row. Can pick up additional shifts.
  • Schedule is sent out 2-3 months in advance.
• Full time- 180 shifts/year (15 shifts per month)
• Can do procedures but not required.
