The Hospital Partnership Liaison (HPL) is responsible for building and maintaining strong hospital relationships, improving processes, and delivering education to enhance the overall culture of donation within assigned hospitals. This role serves as a subject matter expert and trusted partner, providing real-time guidance, collaboration, and high-quality customer service to support donation outcomes.

Monday–Friday | 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Location & Coverage
This position is primarily based onsite at UK Chandler Hospital, with additional support provided to UK Good Samaritan Hospital and other local partner hospitals as needed. Overnight travel to nearby facilities may be required to support active cases.
Onsite Requirement
This is a fully hospital-based role. All work must be performed onsite or at partner hospitals; remote work is not permitted.
Schedule Flexibility
Occasional daytime meetings or trainings are required. When applicable, shifts will be adjusted to maintain an 8-hour workday.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Healthcare, Communications, Social Work, or a related field required. Exceptional work experience may be substituted for education requirements.
Experience: At least three years of experience in healthcare, marketing, communications, business development, or social work, with a preference for direct clinical experience. Position requires excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
