Join our Wichita, Kansas team as a Hospital Medicine or Nocturnist Physician - A Role Designed for You. We believe in bringing better" to our local community in Wichita-better care better collaboration and a deep commitment to the people we serve. We are hiring for a hospitalist anda nocturnistposition. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers APPs at Via Christi St. Teresa. The 68-bed hospital has an open ICU with intensivist support. Work alongside clinicians from diverse backgrounds and experience levels who collaborate effectively and enjoy spending time together professionally and socially.

Single-site Leadership Step into leadership at the practice level as an Associate Medical Director or Medical Director. In these roles youll guide clinical teams collaborate with hospital partners and ensure operational and clinical excellence at a single site.
Multi-site Leadership Expand your impact by overseeing multiple practices as a System Medical Director Regional Medical Director or Regional Chief Medical Officer. These roles involve strategic leadership mentoring physician leaders and driving performance across a region.
