Local Team Collaboration Join our local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical director. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in addition to Hospital medicine. Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement. Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications Board-certified eligible in internal medicine Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist backup Active WA license Flexible Scheduling Flexible PRN scheduling is available.

Key Responsibilities Providing inpatient care to a small acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support. Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.

Living and Working in Washington Moses Lake is just an hour and a half from Spokane, making it a reasonable commute for supplemental income. Can entertain candidates from Seattle, though travel is not paid for W2 PRN.
