• Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
• Work alongside specialized team members.
• Work PRN at the sister hospital - St. Bernardine Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling

• Full-time is 180 shifts for the year and follows a 7-on/7-off rotation.
• Flexible scheduling is available.

Key Responsibilities

• No procedural requirements.
• Rounding and admissions are the main responsibilities.
• Open ICU with specialty support.

Living and Working in San Bernardino San Bernardino is conveniently located in the heart of Southern California with proximity to Los Angeles, Palm Springs, San Diego, and Orange County. Residents enjoy nearly year-round sunshine and take pride in being known as the "friendly city" where hospitality and value come first. Compensation The annual salary range is $260,100 to $300,000.

• Multi-site Leadership: Expand your impact by overseeing multiple practices as a System Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, or Regional Chief Medical Officer. These roles involve strategic leadership, mentoring physician leaders, and driving performance across a region.
