Job Description

We are hiring a full-time hospitalist and nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration

Join our close-knit well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. Johns. Within the hospital we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care. Dignity St. Johns Regional Medical Center earned an A" rating through Leapfrog Safety.

Qualifications

• Board-certified eligible in family or internal medicine
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Scheduling:
• Day-time hospitalist - 7 AM - 7 PM
• Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM
• Part-time position available - 7 shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an open ICU
• No procedures are required for this role
• Responsibilities include rounding admissions discharges and cross coverage depending on the shift
• Nocturnists will do admissions and cross coverage

Compensation

• Annual full-time compensation is $300k- $342k depending on the schedule worked
• Full-time average of 15 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight
• Part-time daily compensation is $1700- $1900 per shift dependent on the shift worked
