Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician Nocturnist to join our team in Merrillville, Indiana. As a nocturnist, you will work exclusively overnight shifts and be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Round on patients and do admissions
• Serve as the solo clinician at night covering a 21-bed open ICU
• Admit to the ICU but consult with an intensivist
• Work with Epic as our EMR system and be cross-credentialed at our sister location in Gary

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board-certified eligible in family or internal medicine
• Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Indiana
