We are hiring for an nocturnist position. An nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
#### Local Team Collaboration Were a welcoming, resilient team of 22 physicians and 10 advanced practitioners who work closely with other hospital staff and departments at Frederick Memorial to deliver the best possible quality of care to our patients.
We have diverse clinicians from various geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, all of whom possess strong clinical acumen and an unwavering commitment to exceptional patient care. Within work hours, were a dedicated and hardworking group; outside work, we foster strong interpersonal connections by spending quality time together.
We have created an environment conducive to flexibility and innovation for experienced clinicians.
Frederick Memorial Hospital values its clinical staff by offering free parking and a comfortable lounge area for socializing with fellow hospital providers and enjoying meals. We provide full subspecialty support.
Our clinical performance nurses assist you in providing a high-quality patient care experience. Sounds teams also cover the Critical Care Unit and Emergency Room.

#### Key Responsibilities The nocturnist shift physicians perform admissions and will split the responsibility with an APP.
We hold weekly huddles and monthly team meetings, in addition to lunch-and-learn sessions to stay current on the latest medical developments at the hospital and with Sound.
We work in Meditech, a web-based system with access to our internal informatics platform.
We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.

#### Rewards and Compensation The base salary range for a full-time nocturnist is $319,000 to $346,000 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and growth. Additional compensation is paid for shifts worked above full-time commitment.
