The Prince George’s County Health Department is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill a Hospital Liaison (Counselor 1-2A) grade A18-21 position, in the Behavioral Health Division.
About the Position
This is full-performance professional work in providing services and assistance to client populations with problems in a range of areas (e.g., substance abuse, emotional, behavioral, or related problems). This is a full performance level professional counseling position responsible for providing assessment, individual, group, and/or family counseling services, case management, and referral/linkage to care. The incumbent must have and maintain an active and valid professional counseling license issued by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists, Maryland Board.
