Responsibilities include such as overseeing operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
· Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare field.
· 5+ years of management experience at the Director/C-Level in the healthcare industry.
· 2-3 years in a Senior Management role.
- Serve as the strategic leader of the executive team
- Coming out of executive committees
- Serve as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the hospital
- Serve in one or more executive developmental assignments that will enhance ability to perform at the executive level
- Serve as point of contact for the daily business of the executive(s)
- Build an executive operations and compliance team to operate the institution
- Evaluate and direct the executive management team on a day to day basis
- Build the company's culture
- Serve as chief liaison with specific community groups
- Providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the board of directors and the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies
- Provide cross-functional leadership and drive completion of strategic initiatives at the senior executive level across all aspects of marketing
