*This is a full-time position offering a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, working overnight and weekends during the "on" weeks.
**This position will require travel across the West Valley, including Glendale, Peoria, West Phoenix, Avondale, Buckeye, and Goodyear.
Hospice Triage RN. Guiding Patients and Families During Critical Moments. As the Hospice Triage RN, you’ll be the clinical anchor after hours, ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate care while coordinating seamlessly with the daytime care team.
