Hospice Supply Coordinator

Location: Tucson, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - In-Office Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Hospice Supply Coordinator to ensure our clinicians and patients have the supplies they need when they need them.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain inventory of hospice and wound care supplies
  • Coordinate and place patient home supply orders
  • Receive, organize, store, and distribute medical supplies
  • Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Track supply orders and inventory using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate with DME vendors to ensure timely deliveries
  • Scan and upload signed physician orders into WellSky/Kinnser
  • Assist nursing staff by fulfilling patient supply requests promptly
  • Maintain knowledge of hospice supplies and wound care products
  • Work closely with clinical staff, billing, and vendors to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year of medical supply ordering or inventory experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn healthcare software applications
  • Knowledge of medical supplies, wound care products, and medical terminology preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
