Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - In-Office Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Hospice Supply Coordinator to ensure our clinicians and patients have the supplies they need when they need them.

What You'll Do
- Maintain inventory of hospice and wound care supplies
- Coordinate and place patient home supply orders
- Receive, organize, store, and distribute medical supplies
- Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Track supply orders and inventory using Microsoft Excel
- Communicate with DME vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Scan and upload signed physician orders into WellSky/Kinnser
- Assist nursing staff by fulfilling patient supply requests promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hospice supplies and wound care products
- Work closely with clinical staff, billing, and vendors to ensure efficient operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of medical supply ordering or inventory experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to quickly learn healthcare software applications
- Knowledge of medical supplies, wound care products, and medical terminology preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
